if you’re new to Christmas in the Country (CITC) or haven’t participated in a while, here’s a quick overview:

• CITC is an annual holiday event in the Lakeland area, focused on local shopping and community celebration. It brings people together, and helps boost local businesses, vendors, crafters, and artists during the holiday season.
• Many businesses and groups in the area host their own holiday promotions, but the beauty of CITC is that everyone does it on the same day in a coordinated festive effort.
• The event is not just about shopping—it's also a chance for the community to come together and celebrate the season.

Inside, you’ll find:
🎁 A map and details on each local business/organization's feature promotion or offering. You are encouraged to decide your route and tour around to all the stops.

⏰ The event is scheduled from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, December 7th, but please check individual ads as some stops have varying hours.

🛍️ The CITC Shopper Passport entry slip —your chance to win a HUGE gift basket with items donated by participating vendors and a $100 gift card to the vendor of your choice
